Full payment for your holiday is required 8 weeks before your travel date, if booking within the 8 weeks full payment is required, plus a refundable £75.00 bond on all breaks .The bond will be held until after the caravan has been cleaned and checked upon your departure, then a cheque drawn on my account will be sent in the post.

If you should cancel your holiday the following cancellation charges will apply, we recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover against unforeseen circumstances.
56 days or more - loss of deposit only
43 to 55 days - 30%
42 to 29 days - 50%
28 to 8 days - 90%
7 days or less - 100%
Should your accommodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control then a full refund would be given.
Keys to your caravan are not available until 3 P.M on the day of your arrival and can be collected from the East Gate entrance, you need to bring with you the Registration Form which you will be sent after full payment has been received.
Passes for use of all Butlins facilities can be collected from the Main Reception area within the Butlins complex, your Registration Form will be needed to obtain the passes.
Please Note:- Towels , Bed Linen and Tea Towels are NOT provided.
