No single sex groups or mixed sex groups under the age of 25. The lead guest on any holiday must be 25 years old or over. We do NOT accept any pets in the caravan.

On the day of departure the caravan MUST be vacated by 10 A.M to allow cleaning and checking for the next booking.
The caravan will be cleaned at the end of your stay. However we would respectfully ask that you leave the caravan in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

The hirer is responsible for ALL members of the party and must make good any losses/breakages/damages of contents during their stay.
Please observe children with crayons etc as drawing on the walls of the caravan may result in a specialist clean or redecoration. Also, in respect of children not ‘dry’ at night-time, please bring protective coverings for the mattresses.

Butlins is a family holiday park and any unreasonable conduct will result in you being asked to leave the complex.
